R -- Geophysical Data Support

The subject requirement is a follow-on to contract N68936-04-P-0033, which was competed and awarded out of the China Lake Contracts Office. Due to NAVFAC's reorganization, the subject requirement has been reassigned to NAVFACCO in Port Hueneme. As such, the subject requirement is being sole sourced to Charlie R. Rodgers, Ridgecrest, California, so as to complete the project. The work includes (1) data gathering at remote sites, (2) reduction, statistical analysis, and presentation of data, (3) maintenance (i.e., inspection, calibration, adjustment, etc.) of data gathering equipment, and (4) training of Geothermal Program Office personnel on the operation, maintenance, and calibration of the GPO owned gravimeters, the gathering and reduction of gravity data, and providing the trainees with a visual inspection of all benchmarks on the Coso Gravity Network.
