Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Northern California Health Care System intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Lead Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Medicor Imaging, for Medicor MiPACS Dental PACS Annual Maintenance and Support services under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The VA is requesting pricing for a Base Year and four One Year Options. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this action. Small Business concerns believing they can provide these services stated above must provide written notification to the Contract Specialist with support evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All responses received by May 8, 2013, 4:00PM PST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
