ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL OFFERORS: GSA Alliant 2 Unrestricted & Alliant 2 SB GWACS

=============== UPDATE - May 2015 COMPLETION OF ALLIANT 2 GWACS ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL OFFERORS The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) acquisition team for the Alliant 2/Alliant 2 Small Business (A2/A2SB) GWACs has concluded the pre-solicitation face-to-face one-on-one meetings with industry as of May 1, 2015. During the month of April 2015, the joint A2/A2SB GWAC Acquisition Team held daily in-office meetings with over 200 information technology (IT) companies at both the GSA San Diego and Kansas City GWAC Divisions for those companies that had requested meetings as offered in this RFI. The A2/A2SB GWAC Acquisition Team will continue reviewing and considering all recommendations and comments proposed at the individual meetings, as well as from other potential offerors at large. Individual Q&As arising from the face-to-face meetings will not be posted in any public forum. The A2/A2SB Procuring Contracting Officers (PCOs) will be incorporating resultant changes from this market research phase into the final Request For Proposal (RFP) solicitation for A2 & A2SB. No further face-to-face one-on-one meetings in this type of forum with industry are anticipated for the remainder of the pre-solicitation phase during this pending procurement; however, the A2/A2SB GWAC Acquisition Team will continue to conduct industry market research over the next few months through other forums and media. Moreover, the A2/A2SB GWAC Acquisition Team will continue to provide information with interested parties and stakeholders via GSA’s Interact website, FedBizOpps, and shared industry group meetings.
