EED-METOC SYS Support Services.

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Lockheed Martin Space Operations Company, Stennis Space Center, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This action is a proposed modification (P00003) to an existing contract, N62306-07-P-7S30, to incorporate revised taskings under the Statement of Work for EED-METOC SYS Support Services. The resulting modification is anticipated to be firm fixed price level of effort. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
