D -- Information Technology Services for the NRL HR Demonstration Project

The purpose of this amendment is to address potential offerors questions. The current incumbent is Scientific & Engineering Solutions (SES), 10010 Junction Drive, Suite 202, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701; poc Avonn Dorsey, (301) 483-6928. The contract that SES performed was N00173-04-D-2000 Task Order 0007 for the amount of $452K/year. This Task Order, at any given time, had 2 or 3 persons working 40 hrs/week. This action (N00173-06-R-CR01) is considered a new requirement. The government anticipates awarding a Time and Material contract for this solicitation (loaded hourly rate(s) and travel only). The anticipated release date of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is mid to late February 2006. The RFP will remain open for a minimum of 30 days from the issue date.
