The Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to solicit for the procurement of hardware and software to support the management and building of all the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) software as required by Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Jacksonville, FL. The contractor shall provide and install all the necessary hardware, software, and associated licenses to include integrating the virtual servers onto the existing Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) trusted enclave. The contractor shall provide brand name only for all software and may provide brand name or equal for hardware requirements. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price requirement type contract. This requirement is a total small business set aside identified under NAICS 541519 with the size standard of $25.5M. The complete statement of work will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 30 September 2013 and will close 30 days thereafter. The RFP will be made available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) web site.
