This posting is to provide public notice of NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P14AC01344 under Cooperative Agreement H8W07110001 with the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Determining Moose and Wolf Population Estimates for the International Chisana Caribou Herd Management Plan."
