The Department has a requirement for professional, management, and adminstrative employees to support the Bureaus of Near Eastern Affairs and South and Central Asian Affairs, Consular Affairs, and Human Resources and the Office of Medical Services and other unassigned Bureaus and Offices. Personnel supporting this requirement may be required to travel to Department of State locations, including Iraq and Afghanistan. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released on or about December 12, 2011. The period of performance (POP) for this effort is one base year with four one-year options. The Department will award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to the offeror who presents the best value solution to the Government in accordance with the criteria in the RFP.
