R--SHIFT SCHEDULE ANALYSIS

The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract for shift schedule analysis for Naval District Washington’s Region Dispatch Center, Washington, D.C. The services will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.2 – Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources, FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541618 – Other Management Consulting Services; the Size Standard is $15M. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
