The period of performance will be from award through September 30, 2007. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541840. This is not a request for competitive proposals and NO solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within five (5) days after the publication date of this notice. Capability statements shall include pricing. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
