R -- Support the Implementation of the USAID/Paraguay Threshold Country Program

The United States Agency for International Development Mission in Paraguay (USAID/Paraguay) is seeking proposals from qualified institutions to support the implementation of the ten (10) components of its Threshold Country Program (TCP) by providing technical coordination services to be housed under a Coordinating Unit under a two-year cost plus fixed fee type contract. The contractor will manage the Coordinating Unit, its personnel and its logistical and administrative costs, including salaries and benefits, facilitate the collection of reporting from various engaged GOP ministries and ensure accurate reporting to USAID. Part of the essential logistical support to the Coordinating Unit will be the provision of adequate office space and equipment. Selection of the coordinators and support staff will be on a competitive basis and will have substantial USAID and Government of Paraguay (GoP) input.
