PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE FOR ADDITION OF A NEW SIN ON MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE 738, PART X A pre-proposal conference will be held at 26 Federal Plaza, Conference Room A, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10278, from 9:00 AM to approximately 3:00 PM on August 24, 2006. This conference will discuss the addition of a new Special Item Number (SIN) on Multiple Award Schedule 738 X: “Comprehensive HR Services.” This SIN is designed to supplement the Shared Service Center program managed by the Office of Personnel Management. The new SIN number will be 595-22 and will include the performance of a comprehensive range of services that must include but are not limited to Personnel Action Requirements, Compensation Management Requirements, and Benefit Management Requirements.
