Pre-Solicitation Notice - Deployments/Distribution and Vehicle Management (DDVM)

NOTICE OF DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FA8601-19-R-0006, Deployments/Distribution and Vehicle Management (DDVM) The United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio 45433-5344 is preparing to solicit on or about 6 November 2018 for the following requirement. This acquisition is for Deployments/Distribution and Vehicle Management for the 88th Logistics Readiness Squadron (88 LRS) in the areas of (1) Deployments/Distribution (Vehicle Operations and Cargo Movement), (2) Movement of Personal Property, (3) Small Air Terminal and Passenger Movement, and (4) Vehicle Management and Maintenance. These commercial services will be performed at WPAFB, other locations throughout the state of Ohio, and locations outside of the state of Ohio that are supported by WPAFB. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, facilities, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services, excluding those otherwise identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), in order to successfully accomplish the Government requirement as detailed in the PWS. This will be a performance-based services acquisition for non-personal, commercial services. The Department of Defense (DoD) has determined the System for Award Management (SAM) to be the single DoD registration point for contractors who conduct business or who are interested in conducting business with the DoD. The SAM can be referenced at www.sam.gov, and all questions specific to the SAM and SAM process should be directed as detailed on that website. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561210 , Facilities Support Services. The size standard is $38,500,000.
