Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform inspections, maintenance and testing of Hangar Deluge Systems at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. NOTE: A Certified Representative of the Alarm Manufacturer System shall accomplish all Inspections, Maintenance and Testing of the Fire Detection Systems in accordance with NFPA 72. The services shall be one year from the date of award with the four one-year Options. A contractor qualified and licensed to perform such work shall accomplish all Inspection, Maintenance and Testing of the Deluge System in accordance with NFPA 25 and 409. The NAICS for this project is 561621 with a Small Business Size Standard of $10.5M. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR 52.219-14 - Servives (except construction) At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.
