Crane Services Blanket Purchase Agreement, Upper Connecticut River Basin (NH and VT)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of CRANE SERVICES to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Upper Connecticut River Basin in New Hampshire and Vermont to include the following locations: Otter Brook Lake (Keene, NH), Surry Mountain Lake (Surry, NH), Townshend Lake (Townshend, VT), Ball Mountain Lake (Jamaica, VT), North Springfield Lake (Springfield, VT), North Hartland Lake (North Hartland, VT), Union Village Dam (East Thetford, VT). THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver crane services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 12 months from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall also have a 12 month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about May 24, 2019. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
