U -- Video Teletraining

The Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) requires expansion and implementation of existing Distance Learning capabilities in order to provide DL delivery of college level courses currently taught by Saint Leo University at various military installations nationwide. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to issue a Request for Proposals and negotiate a sole source contract with St. Leo University for the delivery of this effort, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Services will consist of a base year, with a one year option period. A firm fixed priced contract is anticipated. See notes 22 and 26.
