REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #SJJCC 2016-01 (Dental) The San Jose Job Corps Center, a residential, federally-funded training program consisting of three hundred and ninety six 396 enrollees, ages 16-24, is requesting a proposals from qualified Dental Organizations to provide a full range of dental services (Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and Dental Assistant) on site, for the enrolled student population. Services will include routine dental exam, dental care, and preventive dental health procedures, etc. The San Jose Job Corps Center is operated by Career Systems Development Corporation under contract with the U. S. Department of Labor and is located in San Jose California. Our current prime contract was awarded January 1, 2016 and will be effective from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017 with three one year extensions which can be exercised by the government without a formal competitive procurement.
