The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRHW) in Washington, DC, intends to acquire dental laboratory services. The Contractor shall provide staff and all necessary dental equipment and supplies to provide laboratory services for the residents of the AFRH. Required services shall include: Curing and finishing dentures & partial dentures, all cases to be mounted, surveyed and designed with care. Occlusal rest and additional rest supplied when indicated. Repair dentures and partial dentures within one day of pick-up. Relines and rebases ? all cracks, fractures, and flaws shall be corrected. Resetting, if required shall be performed at Contractor?s expense. Pick-Up and Delivery Requirements: Daily pick-up and delivery is required at the AFRHW. The new contract will be used in conjunction with an existing contract for dental laboratory services. Interested offerors are asked to contact Lisa Wells via e-mail at [email protected] .
