Pre-Solicitation NoticeRFP200-0946-NC The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential reentry center (RRC) services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within the city limits of Poplar Bluff (Butler County), Missouri. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Residential Reentry Center (RRC), As Revised by the CCB: inclusive of Revision 9 dated August 2006". This is a firm-fixed unit price requirement type contract. The services are estimated to be 76% male and 24% female for the two-year base period; 76% male and 24% female for option years one and two; and 78% male and 22% female for option year three. The estimated number of inmate days is 12,427 for the two year base period; 16,205 for option years one and two; and 6,588 for option year three. The solicitation will be available on or about November 9, 2006 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov .
