The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811310. The size standard is $7.0M. This requirement is Small Business Set-Aside 100%. The anticipated start date is 1 OCT 13 through 30 SEP 14 with the possibility of one (1) 1-Year Option. FOB point is Destination. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION.
