U--MD State Police checks for child care employees and FBI fingerprinting for the MD State Police.

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with MD Dept of Public Safety and Correctional Services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Th is requirement provides fingerprinting and child care checks for the Intelligence Division of the US Army Garrison. This is a sole source procurement as MD Dept of Public Safety is the state that fingerprints. The Government intends to solicit and negot iate with MD Dept of Public Safety and Correctional Services. The North American Industry Classification is 92110 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal s.
