65 -- Anatomical Requirements

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), the Department of Defense Medical School and Health Sciences University, hereby announces its intent to award a sole source Purchase Order to the Maryland Board of Anatomy, of Baltimore, MD, for one base term of ten months, and four twelve-month option years, to provide all required embalmed cadavers, brains, torsos, fresh tissue requirements for anatomical study and procedure. The Maryland Board of Anatomy is the only authorized providor for these anatomical requirements. The statutory authority permitting this award under other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
