G--RURAL VETERAN OUTREACH INITIATIVE

The Richard L. Roudebush Indianapolis VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 intends to solicit from only one source, the Military Family Research Institute at Purdue University, to establish a contract for a Rural Veteran Outreach Initiative that will utilize faith based food pantries for the delivery of nutrition and benefit information to rural veterans in Indiana. The basis for this proposed sole source procurement is that the Military Family Research Institute at Purdue University is the only source that has both the resources and project based experience serving Indiana's veteran community to coordinate and execute the VA's Rural Veteran Outreach Initiative in Indiana.
