The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, instruments,materials, transportation, and incidentals required to install a double cable barrier system along the west and north property line fence of Tinker AFB near Sooner Drive and 29th Street in order to protect the dormitory and northwest base area (5900 Area).
