THIS DESIGN BUILD PROJEC TIS POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THE CURRENT DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT II (NMACC II) IN ITS SECOND OPTION PERIOD. The overall scope of the project includes demotion, construction, installation for the following scope elements: * Utilities, Site Improvement and Demolition of Zone 2 * Demolish La Plaza, Construct Community Services Buildings * 20 Unit UPH * Security Access Point * Structural Repairs to Retained Family Housing Among other Option Items.
