Description: Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Campbell intends to award a paving Single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract at Fort Campbell, KY with a performance period of one (1) base year plus four (4) options years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for an installation wide paving repair, replacement, and minor construction of pavements including roads, housing area streets, parking lots, and airfield pavements at Fort Campbell, KY. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $45,000,000.00 in annual revenue. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. Task orders will be written against the base year and the four (4) additional ordering period years. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, and supplies to performing installation wide paving repair, replacement, and minor construction of pavements including roads, housing area streets, parking lots, shoulders (including all associated site work and appurtenances such as curbs, gutters and sidewalks), runways, taxiways, and airfield pavements at Fort Campbell, KY. The specific description of work will be identified in each individual task order. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions.
