Please acknowledge receipt of this amendment with your quote. ---End of Amendment 0001--- USDA Forest Service, San Juan National Forest Resurfacing of National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 629, Turkey Springs Road, on the Pagosa Ranger District of the San Juan National Forest in Southwest Colorado. To access the work site from Pagosa Springs, CO, take CR 600 (Piedra Road) north for approximately 6.3 miles. Turkey Springs road is on the left just past the forest boundary. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to purchase, haul, place and compact approximately 7,000 tons of ¾” aggregate on 2.9 miles of NFSR 629 Turkey Springs road. Road will be reconditioned prior to placing aggregate by blading and shaping, pulling the ditches and building a 4-6% crown. Finished compacted depth shall be 4” and road width shall be 18’. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from approximately May 15, 2020 through June 15, 2020. NAICS: 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a Small Business size standard of $39.5 Million. This project will be solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business.
