Scope of Work: The work shall consist of what is shown on the plans and stated in the specifications for East Fork Eagle Road and second phase option Muddy Pass/Red Sandstone road. Work includes, but is not limited to: traffic control signs, install stream flow diversion system at existing culvert, remove existing culvert, excavation, construction or placement of footings, construction of stream channel and banks, erect plate box culvert, structural backfill and embankment, surface aggregate placement, seeding, planting, and final site work.
