RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT NO. W912HN-09-D-0028. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Task Order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) under existing contract number W912HN-09-D-0028. This contract was awarded under full and open competition, which resulted in the award of a fixed price indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract. The work consists of building a 11,600 linear foot haul road approximately 30 feet wide from station 55+00 to 171+00 adjacent to and abutting the counterweight on the outside of Dredged Material Containment Areas 13B in the Savannah Harbor, Jasper County, South Carolina.
