PROJECT TITLE: ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT ADULT OFFENDERS FACILITY PINE RIDGE, SD Amendment to the Solicitation for the following; 1. Respond to questions submitted by 2/12/20, copy attached 2. To extend the period of performance from 120 days to 150 days. 3. To provide a copy of the sign in sheet from the pre-bid 4. To add in FAR Clause 52.211-12 and 52.211-13 (by reference) 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages-Construction. (Sept 2000) (a) If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $250.00 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. (b) If the Government terminates the Contractor¿s right to proceed, liquidated damages will continue to accrue until the work is completed. These liquidated damages are in addition to excess costs of repurchase under the Termination clause. (End of clause)
