AM0001 is to add the site visit contact sheet, site visit minutes, RFIs, update the agreement and representations and certifications. AM0002 is to add RFI #4 and response to the solicitation. Due to the McCain Defence Act of 2019, part B of section 889, the updated agreement incorporates FAR clause 25.204-25 and the updated reps & certs incorporates FAR 25.204-24.
