SO Office Remodel and Breakroom Repairs

Proposals are being solicited by the USDA Forest Service for the SO Office Remodel and Breakroom Repair project. The purpose of this project is to construct a divider wall in existing 23’x12’ office and install new doors, cove heaters, mini split HVAC system, and new ceiling tile to new office areas. Repair/replace sheetrock and replace ceiling tile in SO Breakroom and Contracting Office. Project Location: Black Hills National Forest, Supervisor’s Office (SO), 1019 North 5th Street, Custer, South Dakota In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
