99--Gavins Point Project Office, New Visitor Center Carpet

The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, material and equipment required to remove the existing carpet and 6 quote mark vinyl cove base in the Gavins Point Project Visitor Center. The Contractor shall replace that carpet with approximately 630 sy Mohawk Flamestitch Carpet Tile (or equal) as per the attached specification. Carpet color and design to be determined by government. Contractor will also be responsible for the removal of the cove base on the displays and benches, and replace that base material with the cove base used on the walls. Some displays are moveable and moving of the displays will be the Contractors responsibility, as well as disposal of all waste material.
