Dimensional and Hardwood Lumber

The federal supply code of this procurement is 5510 - Lumber and Related Basic Wood Materials. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 321912 - Cut Stock, Re-sawing Lumber, and Planning. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in one or more of the following: (1) manufacturing dimension lumber from purchased lumber; (2) manufacturing dimension stock (i.e., shapes) or cut stock; (3) re-sawing the output of sawmills; and (4) planning purchased lumber. These establishments generally use woodworking machinery, such as jointers, planers, lathes, and routers to shape wood. The Government contemplates awarding multiple five (5) year BPA contracts using firm-fixed-price call orders resulting from the subject solicitation for the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, located in McAlester, Oklahoma. BPA call order request for quotes materials range from but limited to: DIMENSIONAL LUMBER AND HARDWOOD LUMBER Delivery: Multiple Locations throughout Continental United States to be specified in each individual call order request for quotes. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set a Side. FOB Destination Multiple Locations. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issues date of the solicitation is 1 June 2018 with a closing date approximately 10 - 30 days from the date of issue.
