Educational Radio Programming: Talking Books Project, Afghanistan

The U.S. Embassy Kabul Public Affairs Section (PAS) requires a grantee to assist the Embassy’s Director of Communications in the implementation and organization of competitions between Afghan and other entities capable of and interested in producing interesting, entertaining and educational radio programming. The grantee would assist in the identification of types of programming, in the organization of competitions for proposals, and would then serve as the overseer of the production of the programs once the Director of Communications and Public Diplomacy at the US Embassy, Kabul, or those he appoints, have selected the winners.
