Spectrum Defender (SD-3845)

Amendment 0002. The RFQ closing date has been extended until 1500PT 16 September 2019. The RFQ closing date has been extended until 0900PT 12 September 2019. The RFQ for the Spectrum Defender Model SD-3845 has been released. This is a BRAND NAME only requirement. See attached RFQ and Justification and Approval. PLEASE NOTE: CHANGE TO 52.212-1 ADDENDUM Paragraph 2 should have the following due dates: a.) Question Submission Deadline is September 9, 2019 at 1:00PM PT. b.) Quotation Submission Deadline is in accordance with Block 8, September 11, 2019 at 9:00AM PT. Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) requires a signal generator and analyzer to support the Military Global Positioning System (GPS) User Equipment (MGUE) and Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW) testing at MCTSSA. MCTSSA plans to procure one Spectrum Defender Model SD-3845 . Delivery will be to Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton,CA. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a Request for Quotes (RFQ) is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps ( www.fbo.gov ) on or around 15 August 2019 for the procurement described above. The RFQ will be issued as a 100% Total Small Busines Set-Aside. This is not a request for responses.
