RECOVERY ACT (ARRA)-Applications for Phase I SBIR/STTR Grants Annual Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR)

Phase I: Phase I grants resulting from this competition will be made during calendar year 2009 to small businesses, in amounts up to $150,000. Phase I is to evaluate, insofar as possible, the scientific or technical merit and feasibility of ideas that appear to have commercial potential.
