Museum Interpretative Exhibit design, fabrication, installation and exhibit/building repairs. NPS exhibit spaces include the Fort Pickens Mine Loading, Discovery Center, Battery Cooper and Life-Saving Station as well as the Naval Live Oaks Park Headquarters at Gulf Islands National Seashore located within 15 miles of Pensacola, Florda. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 140P5223R0007 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-08. To simplify the acquisition process, the Agency will use streamlined procedures to prepare the solicitation and conduct evaluation of offers IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented by Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Acquisition is set-aside 100% Small Business. The applicable NAICS code 337212, Custom Architectural Woodwork and Millwork Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. NPS, SER - West MABO seeks commercial services under a firm-fixed price contract to acquire museum interpretive exhibit design, fabrication, and installation at several sites within Gulf Islands National Seashore Florida District, a unit of the National Park Service. A commercial service contract will provide, but not limited to, EXHIBITS SPECIALIST and ILLUSTRATOR assistance in the design-build of new tactile exhibits for Mine Loading Building, Battery Cooper, and the Santa Rosa Life Saving Station as well as rehabilitate exhibits in the park headquarters and Discovery Center in the Fort Pickens Area. The work entails minor building exhibit prep and removal and relocation of existing tactile exhibit.
