Self-Contained Privacy Booths

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the supply and installation of (3) one to four-person ADA compliant self-contained privacy booths meeting the specifications outlined in the SOW. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337214; with a size standard is 1100 employees. The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforms to the Statement of Work (SOW), and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The pre-solicitation will be available on or after May 5, 2023, with a due date of May 15, 2023, and no later than 9:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time. Quotes are to include estimated lead times in response to the solicitation. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's beta.SAM.gov through web site http://www.beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be made available. The site provides downloading instructions.
