Cambodia Community Based HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Program

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (proposals for funding) from U.S. or non-U.S. nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and public international organizations (PIO or IO) to implement a program to improve the Community Based HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Program in Cambodia. The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
