Generally, scrap material sourced to the resulting contract(s) is considered safe to sell and have no additional restrictions by this Agency. The scrap material issued under this contract shall be assigned a Demilitarization Code of A and B and will be categorized into the SCL(s) listed below. Over the duration of the base period the Government guarantees to issue the Purchaser a minimum total weight equal to the Total QTY identified per SCL specified below, subject to variations as authorized by SBR Part 4, Article 5.
