PROJECT: OR FLAP DOT CRGNSA 100(9), Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail, Perham Creek to Mitchell Point LOCATION: 5 miles west of Hood River, OR WORK: This project consists of trail construction including clearing, excavation, grading, walls, bridges, drainage, aggregate-base and asphalt surface course.
