Rural Development (RD) needs to secure the services of qualified contractors to provide management services for the following multi-family dwelling: SilverCreek Apartments 402 Meadow Drive Troy, Illinois 62294 Upon receipt of a contract, the Contractor shall perform services for the management of the property. The Contractor will supply the necessary labor, time, attention and effort of the Contractor’s principals and employees regularly engaged in the business of the Contractor to properly discharge the obligations of the Contractor.
