The United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Debt Management Services (DMS), hereby releases its Management Consultant to Support DMS Input Management request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% open-market set-aside for small businesses. The services will be provided virtually for Fiscal Service’s facilities in Birmingham, AL, Austin, TX, and Washington, DC. A Time-and-Materials contract with a fixed-rate labor category is anticipated for this requirement. Please review the attached documents for details, period of performance, applicable terms & conditions, and line-item characteristics. As this is a competitive procurement, discounts from labor rates are requested by the Government.
