Insecticide spraying for the treatment of an exotic noctuid moth (genus Helicoverpa)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) issues a request for quotes for a qualified pesticide applicator to carry out two (minimum) to four (maximum) insecticide applications beginning in June 2022. This solicitation will result in an IDIQ contract with separately issued task orders for services. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561710 (size standard $15.5M).
