The scope of the work includes the year-around cleaning of approximately 12,258 square feet of office space, a kitchen and five restrooms. Semi-annual scheduled services include carpet cleaning, floor strip and wax, and exterior and interior window cleaning. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price service contract for one base year and four option years.
