A: The total contract value of contract AG-6395-C-17-0002 was $22,015.00 Q: Who is the incumbent contractor? A: The previous contractor was LOUIS LAMPITELLI/ELITE COMMERCIAL SERVICES Q: Are there any floor plans available or a breakdown of the types of flooring, carpet, tile, wood, concrete? A: The floor plan is included in the solicitation document on page 9. The flooring is mostly linoleum and there is no carpet in the building. Q: Are the bathroom fixture counts available? A: There are two bathrooms, each bathroom has 2 stalls and 1 sink.
