Green Mountain National Forest-Rochester Ranger District Janitorial Services

The mission of the USDA Forest Service to achieve quality land management under the sustainable multiple-use management concept to meet the diverse needs of people. The mission of the Green Mountain & Finger Lakes National Forests is to offer extensive multi-use advantages to the public. This acquisition is needed to ensure facilities are clean and sanitary for the safety and well-being of employees, residents, and visitors of the Rochester Ranger District administrative site, in support of USDA and Green Mountain & Finger Lakes National Forests. This solicitation is to provide janitorial services on the Green Mountain National Forest, Rochester Ranger Station Administrative Site. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment needed but not already found on site, supervision, transportation, and incidentals to perform all work described in this document. The work consists of cleaning all common areas, restrooms, office areas, and meeting rooms. The contractor will be responsible for resupplying restrooms with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. These items will be supplied by the Forest Service. In other areas, they will be responsible for dusting furniture, emptying trash and recycling bins into a Forest Service refuse container, cleaning floors, and cleaning windows and carpets as specified in the contract.
