Dear Prospective Offeror: SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19BE2023Q0005 The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for gardening services in a government-owned residence in Brussels, Belgium. Proposals may be submitted in electronic format. The electronic proposal should be submitted via email to [email protected] in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Alternatively, your proposal can be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “gardening services - 19BE2023Q0005 enclosed" to the U.S. Embassy, Regentlaan/Bd. Du Régent 27, 1000 Brussels. Please inform us via email to [email protected] that a hard copy of your proposal can be expected. In both cases, please submit your offer on or before 16:00 Hrs. PM on March 13, 2023 local time . No proposal will be accepted after this time. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449 2. Section 1, Pricing Schedule 3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications; 4. Additional information as required in Section 3. The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
