CAA Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal

The U.S Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a total small business set-aside, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, material, and supervision necessary to ensure that the grounds, plants, and grass around the Center for Army Analysis (CAA) at Building 1839, 6001 Goethals Road, Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060, are maintained in a neat and professional manner. In addition, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, material and supervision needed for snow removal at Building 1839. See attachment for additional details.
